Role Overview
This role is for an attorney who wants hands-on involvement in personal injury cases and the responsibility that comes with it. You will work directly with clients, develop a case strategy, and move claims forward from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases involving auto accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and related claims
- Investigate facts, review medical records, and develop a case strategy
- Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives
- Prepare cases for negotiation and litigation when necessary
- Maintain organized case files and accurate documentation
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Indiana
- Experience handling personal injury matters with proven results
- Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while working as part of a team
- Professional judgment, reliability, and a client-focused mindset
